About the RoleJoin TD SYNNEX as a Partner Operations Manager, where you’ll play a key role in supporting vendor programs and lifecycle management. You’ll provide exceptional customer support for pricing and deal registrations, ensure quality standards for teams, and help connect customers to the right resources for a seamless experience.What You’ll DoServe as the primary contact for vendor programs and lifecycle management, supporting internal teams and external partners.Manage complex deal registrations and assist with pricing inquiries.Build expertise in vendor programs, including pricing structures, incentives, and promotions, and share insights with stakeholders.Deliver accurate and timely quotes to sales teams, ensuring compliance with vendor guidelines.Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and added value.Apply pricing accurately and consistently in line with vendor agreements.Support contract renewals and proactively manage timelines to enhance customer retention.Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as a trusted liaison to resolve issues and drive success.What We’re Looking For1-2 years of experience in IT sales (preferred)Post-secondary education in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred)High school diploma or equivalent (required)Experience with Cisco (preferred)Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.Proficiency in technology and ability to learn quicklyStrong problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable managing multiple priorities under pressureFlexibility to work shifts based on business needsÀ propos du rôleJoignez-vous à TD SYNNEX en tant que Gestionnaire des opérations partenaires, où vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien des programmes fournisseurs et la gestion du cycle de vie.
