Your expertise matters here-apply todayEssential ResponsibilitiesExecute precise field surveys, including measurements and instrument setup/configurationCollaborate effectively with crews and maintain clear, professional communicationInterpret and apply surveying data from construction and design drawingsUtilize machine control technology to upload and download files for excavators and dozer operatorsTrack mining cut areas and stockpiles and coordinate with cross-shiftPrepare detailed survey notes and calculate coordinates with precisionTroubleshoot survey equipment as requiredQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in a reclamation or mining environmentPreferred diploma in a relevant field (Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering)Advanced RPAS license/certificationStrong technical background in surveying, including use of Trimble GPS equipmentValid drivers license with a clean driver’s abstract issued within the last 30 daysAbility to pass pre-access drug and alcohol testingWork Conditions Project based position working fourteen days on and Fourteen days off, working 12 hours per day Travel allowance and camp accommodation would be provided to those who qualify Work will be primarily outdoors and in various weather conditions Extended Health & Wellness Benefits provided by CLAC AlbertaAnticipated start date: December 2026Additional InformationLedcor builds and maintains infrastructure in various industries including oil and gas, transportation, and mining.
