Job Description
Under the supervision of the Director of Program Management, the Program Manager, with support from the Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams, will be primarily responsible for the overall success of their customer product portfolios, from the initial quote through multiple product life cycles. The Program Manager will also be required to continuously monitor their customer's business environment for potential new product developments and then serve as the primary technical contact and technical interface with the customer.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in project management, an asset.
- Understands the technical, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain aspects of the industry.
- Sheet metal and machining expertise, an asset.
- Experience in managing complex manufacturing projects.
- Entrepreneurship and customer orientation.
- Excellent judgment and strong decision-making skills.
- Available for travel.
- Master the French language and the English (customers from the United States).

- Willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Detail orientation to achieve a high degree of accuracy of technical information.
- Team player (collaborative and encouraging).
