Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, you will enhance operations at the Med-Eng Canadian Manufacturing plant. With responsibilities spanning documentation control and HR administration, your work supports critical areas like compliance, onboarding, and training. Engage daily with all associates to drive operational success and maintain high standards in documentation.
Key Responsibilities

¢ Manage and update documentation libraries on the production floor â€
¢ Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires â€
¢ Oversee health and safety initiatives and maintain records â€
¢ Participate in audits and ensure training compliance â€
¢ Administer benefit programs and handle claims processing
Requirements:

¢ Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent experience â€
¢ Minimum 3 years in an administrative role â€
¢ Experience in an ISO Certified Manufacturing Environment â€
¢ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint â€
¢ Strong organizational and customer service skills Your expertise in documentation and HR will support Med-Eng's mission to create safe manufacturing environments.
