Responsibilities

- Engage with potential customers to promote energy products and services.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to educate clients on energy solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Analyze customer needs and tailor energy solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and share best practices for sales success.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale follow-up.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or energy sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Familiarity with energy products and services is an asset but not required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Competency in using sales tools and managing customer relationships effectively.
