Base starting wage: $16/hr
Average total earnings: $19–$23+ /hr(inclusive of hourly + tips + performance bonuses)

What You’ll Be Doing

- Start each day at our SE Edmonton office and head out on routes with your team

- Arrive at customer locations and deliver aprofessional, friendly first impression

- Assess the job andprovide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate

- Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, andovercome objections to close the sale

- Safely remove junk from homes and businesses

- Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly

- Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and a winning attitude

What We're Looking For

- 19+ years old (insurance requirement)

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)

- Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus)

- Physically able to lift50+ lbs repeatedly

- Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset

- Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow
