We are hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients
2. Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
3. Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities

Qualifications:

1. Valid State Speech Language Pathologist License and Credentials
2. SNF and/or Acute care experience
3. Covid Vaccine required in certain locations
