Helpdesk Analyst - *Banking experience required*

About the Role

The Helpdesk position is crucial in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Document and track issues in the helpdesk system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on software usage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.

Required Skills

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of networking concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud services and applications.
