À propos du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un coordonnateur d’estimation rigoureuse et organisée pour soutenir notre équipe d’estimation dans le domaine de la protection incendie. Le candidat idéal serait quelqu’un qui souhaite devenir estimateur en protection incendie. Sous la supervision du chef estimateur, la personne en poste jouera un rôle clé dans la préparation des soumissions, la coordination des documents et le suivi administratif des projets.
Responsabilités
- Soutenir les estimateurs dans la préparation des soumissions et des appels d’offres
- Télécharger, organiser et classer les documents d’appel d’offres (plans, devis, addendas)
- Effectuer la saisie de données dans les systèmes d’estimation
- Préparer les documents de soumission finaux (lettres, tableaux, formulaires)
- Assurer le respect des échéanciers de soumissions
- Gérer le calendrier d’estimation
- Effectuer le suivi des demandes de prix auprès des fournisseurs et sous-traitants
- Faire les relevés de matériel par rapport aux plans
- Maintenir à jour les bases de données de prix, de fournisseurs et de projets
- Participer à la coordination administrative entre les départements (estimation, achats, projets)
- Assister dans la préparation des documents lors du transfert du dossier au chargé de projet
- Préparer dossiers de soumission, et
- Ouvrir les soumissions dans le logiciel
- Préparer et envoyer les informations de projet a l’équipe de gérance de projet , une fois le contrat octroyé
- Faire le suivis des soumission avec les clients
- Effectuer toute autre tâche administrative liée au département d’estimation.
Profil recherché
- DEP, DEC ou formation pertinente en administration, bureautique, construction ou domaine connexe
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste administratif ou de coordination dans un milieu technique ou de construction
- Bonne compréhension des appels d’offres (un atout)
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques : suite Microsoft Office (particulièrement Excel et Outlook)
- Excellentes habiletés en communication et en rédaction (français requis, anglais un atout)
- Sens aigu de l’organisation, rigueur et souci du détail
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle et à respecter des délais serrés
- Esprit d’équipe, autonomie et fiabilité
