Client Concierge/Staff Supervisor Medical Clinic This is an integral role in our Medical Aesthetic/Plastic Surgery Clinic that will lead our team of providers and ensure an exceptional experience for our clients. Responsibilities - Lead, Support and Oversee the Service Providers to ensure that each Client Receives an Exceptional and Personalized Client Experience - Manage Client Inquiries, Oversee the Scheduling of Appointments, and Resolve any Client Concerns to maintain a High Standard of Client Satisfaction - Lead Daily Team Meetings to update the Team and Discuss the Plan for the Day - Oversee all aspects of Clinic Operations: Step in where needed and be the ‘Go To’ for the Staff to maintain a Smooth Flow of Services - Schedule and Oversee ‘Downtime Tasks’ to promote Efficient Workflow and High Team Morale - Manage Services and Assist with Activities to Drive Revenue - Maintain a Clean, Organized, and Aesthetically Pleasing Clinic Environment - HR Responsibilities: Onboarding, Training, Performance Management - Other Administrative and Operational Tasks, as required Requirements - Previous Supervisory Experience in a Customer Focused Setting - Discretion, Sensitivity and Confidentiality in dealing with Client Information - Customer Service and Teamwork Focused with Exceptional Interpersonal Skillsli> - A Passion for the Industry and Excitement for the Positive Impact our Services bring to our Clients - Excellent Communication and Relationship Developing Skills - Self-Motivated with a Strong Work Ethic - Professional and Positive Attitude on the phone and in-person - Strong Organizational, Adaptable, Task-management and Problem-solving Skills - Supervisory Experience and Ability to Lead and Motivate a Team - Strong Computer Skills and Familiarity with Scheduling Software We Offer - $30/hour to start, negotiable based on experience - Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (1/2 hour lunch) - Employer shared benefits package - Stable Company with Dynamic Daily Tasks - Friendly and Supportive Work Environment - Fulfilling, Client-Oriented Profession Please apply online at hire-standard.com or email resume to info@hire-standard.com.
