Job Title: Technical Analyst

Location: Moncton, NB
Job Type: Contract-possible extension

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, weekends as needed

Wage : $22.00-$25.00/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Analyst to support our client's device deployment operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, configuring, and deploying devices to end users using Microsoft Autopilot and Intune, ensuring each device is updated, tested, and documented accurately before shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and configure operating systems using Windows Autopilot for device provisioning.
- Install required applications, apply Windows and company-specific updates, and verify functionality.
- Assign and enroll devices to end users through Microsoft Intune , ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Troubleshoot setup or configuration issues, either independently or by following documented instructions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all steps and configurations for each device.
- Prepare completed devices for shipment, including secure packaging and labeling.

Requirements:

- Proven experience with Windows OS deployment and Microsoft Autopilot.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and device management best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically and accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow technical instructions.
- Experience with documenting technical processes and configurations

Qualifications:

- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar considered an asset
- Knowledge on Windows and/or Linux operating system considered an asset
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and deployment workflows.
