About Our Client Our client is a real estate developer focused on urban renewal, industrial, class "A" office, retail, restaurant, and public spaces. Job Description - Perform daily inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes. - Respond promptly to tenant service requests and resolve issues effectively. - Monitor and manage building equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and building operations. - Assist in energy management and sustainability initiatives. - Support emergency response and after-hours on-call duties as required.
