Key Responsibilities
• Schedule care providers effectively using software tools
• Monitor KPIs, aiming for excellence in service delivery
• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved
• Build rapport with clients, families, and service providers
• Manage client and care provider data diligently
Requirements:
• Completed at least Grade 12 education
• Two years in a customer service or scheduling role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability
