Key to your success will be investigating and analyzing existing processes brought forward by the business, then designing, developing, and deploying automations to streamline operations and improve productivity.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to document current processes and devise methods for efficient automation.
- Proactively identify sources of inefficiency and develop strategies to address them through automation.
- Use data to measure the effectiveness of processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Create and deliver effective documentation, including process maps, and technical specifications to be shared with the wider IT team and used as the basis for user guides as necessary.
- Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly.
- Create feedback mechanisms to monitor the status and efficacy of all created automations.
- Maintain detailed records of automations, including progress reports and lessons learned.
- Perform other responsibilities as required to meet organizational requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must Have

- Good understanding of business process management, development and improvement activities.
- Familiarity with common data structures, database management and SQL.
- Experience with DevOps processes to manage code release cycles and an understanding of agile development (scrum) methodology

Nice to Have

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Specific training in project management, or business analysis would be valuable.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience working with Azure and the Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid (on-site at least 3 days per week)
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 annually
