Canadian Tax Compliance Manager, Senior Manager

Our tax department has literally got the wind in its sails; join a passionate and competent team Working alongside several of the firm’s stakeholders, the incumbent is responsible for various files requiring frequent interaction with clients and partners. In addition, the incumbent will act as a resource person for assurance professionals on all tax matters.
- 4 to 6 years’ experience for a director role and more than 7 years for a senior director role;
- CPA designation and a Master’s degree in taxation or completion of the CICA In-Depth Tax Course;
- Critical thinking, a dedicated team player, thoroughness, curiosity, good writing skills and the desire to deliver an optimal customer experience are essential qualities for success in this position;
- Possesses solid technical knowledge and takes the necessary steps to keep skills up to date and pursue professional development;
- Bilingualism (spoken and written);
- Knowledge of appropriate computer software (Microsoft Office Suite, Taxprep, etc.)
