Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home-based and community setting services.

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator who is excited about managing the payroll of a diverse, high-volume work environment with the support and training from a highly specialized payroll team.

This Payroll Administrator role is a hybrid position based out of our Mississauga head office.

What you will be doing:

- All things payroll including completing bi-weekly payroll cycle processing in a union and non-union environment
- Managing employee lifecycle payroll system such as setting up new hires and processing Record of Employments (ROE)
- It's all about the reports. Prepare various payroll reports for both internal and external stakeholders and distribute them in a timely manner
- Identify and provide solutions for any potential payroll issues and/or concerns.

Skills you already have:

- The Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation, recognized by the Canadian Payroll Association or equivalent
- 3 years of Canadian Payroll experience
- A proven track record of being accountable for multiple deliverables, reporting, and high-quality performance
- Adept in using Excel and payroll software
- Outstanding organizational skills and efficiency
- Excellent oral and written communication

Asset:

- Previous home-based/community setting healthcare experience
