**Responsibilities**:

- Incoming quotes provided
- Prospecting, calling warm leads, following up, and implementing effective strategies to close the deal
- Provided with tools and training to become a top broker in Ontario
- Generate new business through your networks and centers of influence
- Manage leads and provide quotes to prospective clients in a timely manner
- Identify and recommend coverages based on individual customer needs
- Identify and cater to clients’ changing insurance demands
- Adhere to underwriting criteria set out by broker partners
- Promote client loyalty through relationship building

Qualifications**:Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.**
- **Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.**:

- Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multi-task and respond to time-sensitive deadlines.
- Commitment to a positive team dynamic.
- Minimum 1-2 years of insurance-related experience (considered an asset).
- Experience working in an insurance brokerage (considered an asset).
- Experience using SigXP and/or Policyworks (considered an asset).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
