Concrete Foreman

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete crews and subcontractors on site.
- Interpret project plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with design requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment needed for each phase of the project.
- Ensure proper installation and finishing of concrete structures, including slabs, foundations, walls, and columns.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Provide training and guidance to crew members on proper concrete techniques and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to management.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve technical issues and optimize project efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among the team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar role in concrete construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, forming, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Understanding of construction safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification in concrete finishing or related field is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in construction management is preferred.
