Position: Landscape Labourer and Maintenance Assistant

**Job Description**:
This is a Canada Summer Jobs position for youth between 15 to 30 years of age. Greenvale Co-op, a not-for-profit 62 townhome complex, provides a safe, inclusive, and healthy work environment, free from harassment and discrimination.
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday for 8 weeks.

Inspect the property daily, cut and trim grass in common areas and for accessible units. Improve flower beds, remove overgrown plants, level patio areas and repair. Physically challenging work to repair fences, dig trench for weeping tile, repair grounds and re-grading of slope in yards where required.

In addition, create safe walkways, clean up debris near ravine property, repair asphalt (cold patch), paint new parking lines, assist full-time maintenance with all duties in clean-up and removal. Document work digitally at end of workday.

Qualifications: 1+ year Work Experience preferred.

Location: 61 Francis Creek Blvd. St. Catharines

Pay: $19.55 per hour
