We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to provide project management (PM) coordination for projects relating to repairs and capital in the area of building operations.

Your responsibilities:

- Primary responsibility for defining, planning, managing and executing individual projects.
- Create PM guidelines, templates and checklists that support the system development lifecycle.
- Responsible for coaching internal and external projects teams in PM processes, methodology and project management technique.
- Maintain PM specific asset management and tracking, security access, archiving policies and best practices.
- Responsible for validating invoices, accruals, developing forecasts and variance analysis.
- Complete the annual project audit in conjunction with the Senior Facilities Specialist.
- Create and manage the delivery of regular and ad-hoc PM reporting.

Your experience and skills:

- A university degree or post-secondary education in Project Management is preferred, equivalent experience in a project-oriented environment may be considered.
- Possession or pursuit of the Project Management designation is desired.
- Five years’ experience on risk analysis, project management methodology and organizational change management.
- Experience in building construction and operations is an asset.
- Proficient in MS Project Management, Excel and MS Teams.
- Experience in project scheduling and financial management as it relates to projects.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities.
- Solid leadership, negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications with a client focused outlook.
- Initiative and solid analytical skills are required.

**Salary**: Grade 11 - $77,250 to $90,846 per annum
