Reporting to the Chief TreadRight & Sustainability Officer, this important coordinator role will provide support to the groups Marketing & Communications Manager, Global Sustainability Manager and Chief Sustainability Officer; a unique opportunity to work directly in sustainable tourism through TTC’s TreadRight Foundation and How We Tread Right (HWTR) - the groups not for profit foundation and sustainability strategy. This role will support on carbon accounting data entry, internal and communications in support of group sustainability efforts, social media management, assessing MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experiences and proving other support as needed. It is a unique position to engage on assessing and assuring sustainability data in support of group KPI’s as well as to support the communication of these efforts both internally and externally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support your team to promote and raise awareness of The Travel Corporations HWTR efforts, including philanthropic activities, at all levels of the organization
- Support the development, implementation and tracking of employee training in environmental issues and responsibilities
- Support your team in ensuring regional environmental reporting, monitoring for accuracy and suitability
- Support the development of annual public impact reports
- Analyze data to ensure accuracy and completion
- Support the maintenance of TTC’s environmental reporting tool Accuvio (Diligent) - including quality control on reporting across 90 facilities
- Support the MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experiences assessment and reporting tool

**Experience**
- 2+ years’ experience working in a Corporate CSR environment
- Keen interest and familiarity with corporate responsibility & sustainable tourism
- Strong communication skills
- Clear multi - tasker, able to keep track of and offer
