Duties
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and recipes as directed by the culinary team.
- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Support the cooks and chefs during meal preparation and service.
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Aid in the receiving, storing, and rotating of food supplies.
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
- Follow instructions closely to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.

**Skills**:

- Experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic food preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Willingness to learn from senior kitchen staff and take direction effectively.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous.
