- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored advice to support the unique needs and aspirations of First Nation communities.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Collaborate with the firm’s advisory services to assist First Nation clients in financial planning, risk management, and governance best practices.

**Your Qualifications**:

- CPA designation, with a strong background in auditing and public practice.
- At least 3-5 years of audit experience, with a significant focus on First Nation audits or related sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian accounting standards, specifically Canadian Auditing Standards (CAS), Canadian GAAP for Not-for-Profit Organizations, and Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and lead a team with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professional excellence and integrity, with an understanding of the cultural and governance frameworks of First Nation communities.
- Willingness to travel to client sites, primarily located in First Nation communities.

**Your Perks**:

- A total rewards package, including above market salary and annual bonuses
- Four weeks’ vacation (starting base)
- Ten personal days
- 100% employer match on medical and dental benefits
- Health spending account
- On-site fitness center
