We are currently seeking a Client Delivery Executive (Hybrid) to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

**Job Summary**:Responsible for delivery of contracted services to Healthcare Client located in British Columbia, and works in collaboration and partnership with Provider President, Provider COO, and VDE Client Delivery Management on vertical strategy and solving customer delivery issues in order to achieve PCHG financial planned outcomes.

This is a hybrid role (approximately 50% in the office and 50% remote).

**Job Description:
- Coach and mentor a large team of delivery leaders (CDEs, DMs, and/or DLs) that are primary contacts for the client(s) for the daily operations of our services supporting the client’s business.- Ability to solve large, enterprise problems through large, matrixed organizations- Responsible for achieving target margins on FY AOP Annual Revenue business, driving margin improvement initiatives across the portfolio of accounts- Be able to interface with the customer architecture team and senior leadership on emerging technologies, and relevance to the environment and suggest the roadmap.- Driving the Various Automation and “Account Linked Profit Improvement Plan” Initiatives.- Experience in managing technical teams at onsite / offshore model- Excellent communication and Presentation skills- Excellent customer relationship management at CXO levels -expertise in presenting Operations and Strategic reviews to senior stakeholders- Drive Service Excellence principles for any service or financially challenged account(s)- Ensure client SAT improvement plans exist and are driven to increase client satisfaction- Oversee resource management and professional development of the managed organization- Leverage broader NTT DATA organization capabilities and resources strategically- Monitor the delivery quality and client satisfaction through direct interaction and relationships of key stakeholders- Provide guidance to delivery leaders to set the proper alignment of service offerings- Monitor and evaluate the individual performance of direct reports and provide feedback through coaching and the NTT DATA performance management process- Prepare succession plan for own role and ensure that succession plans are in place for identified key roles within the organization- Acts as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team.- Recognized as an influential and strategic leader both within NTT Data and externally.**About NTT DATA Services**
