Are you interested? We are looking for our next **Agent** **to join our** NAT** department in **Montreal.**

**Your main tasks will be to**:

- Follow up customers' road transport requests.
- Compile the relevant information for each customer file in the files in order to establish rates and orchestrate shipments of goods.
- Research carriers to meet customer needs and find competitive rates.
- Confirm bookings with carriers and customers and complete required contractual documents.
- Regularly follow up with customers and carriers to ensure optimum communication.
- If necessary, to refer to the immediate superior cases of difficult customers or external partners in the files under his/her responsibility.

**What we are looking for**:

- You are bilingual in French and English in order to be able to communicate with your future colleagues and clients based throughout Canada and the world.
- You have 2 years experience in road transportation, OTR or container.
- You are a team player, proactive and problem solving.
- You know how to use Cargowise, TMS, Excel, Outlook.
