**We do interior and exterior painting projects on residential and commercial properties across Metro Vancouver (we also do drywall and carpentry repairs). **You must have a minimum of 1 year painting experience to apply**

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:
**We only hire painters with more than 1 year of experience.**

**As a professional you understand the importance of and practice**:

- **Proper preparation of a large variety of surfaces and situations**
- **Site Protection**
- **Tools of your trade and you know how to use them well**
- **Tidiness & Site Maintenance**
- **Appearance - casual dress, company supplied shirts, respectable at all times**
- **Being a team player and working well with all and other contractors on sites**
- **Some work is Outdoors, Some work indoors and outdoors is at heights**
- **You are Physically fit, must be able to lift 50 lbs.**

**Our ideal hires are top painters who are experienced craftspeople who know that painting can involve a lot of intricacies and different skills. As such we’ve developed an assessment system to make sure that you are recognised for your level of skill and experience in all aspects of the residential and commercial painting work that we carry out every day.**
