We seek a reliable and organized Operation Coordinator to help with our daily logistics and activities. In this position, you will contribute by assisting the operation team and supporting marketing. An Operation Coordinator’s responsibilities include helping the operation run smoothly and ensuring that deadlines or anything related get accomplished on time with no issues. Ultimately, you will work in a support role and oversee many administrative tasks as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and achieve daily goals consistently.
- Adapt fluidly to continuous improvement changes within various departments including marketing, product development, operations, etc
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members across different departments.
- Exhibit a detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills to manage tasks for multiple departments efficiently.
- Display enthusiasm for skincare and beauty products, staying updated with industry trends.
- Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various administrative tasks.
- Utilize familiarity with e-commerce platforms to assist in online sales and operations.
- Utilize basic video editing skills and graphic design proficiency in Canva and Adobe (considered an asset).
- Demonstrate a self-starter attitude with a down-to-earth and flexible work style.
- Collaborate effectively while also having the ability to work independently to move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiasm and passion for learning about the beauty and skincare industry.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 36 per week
