**About the company**

At Rockstella Stonery Inc. we provide custom high quality fabrication and installation services for stone countertops and other surfaces. We work with residential as well as commercial clients.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Sales person to join our team to represent our company and provide support in a variety of functions

**Skills & Education Experience**
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details.
- Previous experience in kitchen & bath or construction industries is an asset.
- Positive attitude
- Self-motivated, works independently and takes initiative.
- Willing to learn and try new things.

**Responsibilities**
- CRM maintenance and organization. Maintenance of comprehensive customer records
- Assistance in systematizing business practices: create checklists, activity organization for onboarding new clients, past clients, referrals, client events, etc.
- Create and distribute marketing materials (including social media)
- Running errands on behalf of the employer related to office/professional needs.
- Maintain and grow client accounts.
- Identify and develop new business.
- Achieve and surpass sales goals and objectives.
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations.
- Visit Potential clients to promote services
- Basic bookkeeping

**Qualifications**
- Previous administrative & sales experience of minimum: 1 year
- Valid drivers license & clean record REQUIRED,
- General interest in design/marketing is a huge asset.
- Degree in marketing or business management is an asset.

**Skills**
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word
- Instagram/Facebook
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Knowledge of Russian is an asset

**Schedule**:

- Approx 30-40 Hours Week
- Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.60-$23.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
