About the role

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, manage and issue various reports used by Sales Team and Management
- Organize and maintain accurate files, records and documentation for easy and quick retrieval
- Process and resolve pre-emptions, make-goods and discrepancies in a timely fashion and inform advertisers of changes to contracts
- Assist ISR in the generation of post-analysis reports
- Assist ISR in the coordination and project management with internal departments (Marketing/ Promotions, Inventory Management, Revenue Management, etc.) to ensure campaign is executed accurately and correctly
- Coordination of creative assets & accurate scheduling of commercial material
- Provide overall administrative assistance to Sales team
- Completion of special projects and other duties as required

**What We Need From You**:

- College Diploma
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to maintain a professional approach at all times
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment alone as well as with a team.
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and proven organizational & time management skills
- Highly proficient computer skills; expertise using Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Salesforce and S4M an asset
- 1-2 years' experience working with advertising agencies and television traffic department is preferred
