The Garry Hurvitz Centre for Community Mental Health at SickKids (GH-CCMH) is a child and youth mental health centre integrated with The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). GH-CCMH is also a core service provider within the Toronto region of Child and Youth Community Mental Health Providers. As such, the Centre has an ambitious agenda to provide the highest quality evidence-informed care offering a range of services from prevention and early intervention through counselling and therapy, assessment and intensive supports. Services are provided in both in-person and virtual formats. **We are seeking applicants for a contract Research Coordinator position. This position is focused on project coordination and management related to any and all SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health (CCMH) research endeavors, including program evaluation, data collection, and progress and outcome monitoring implementation.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Overseeing research project schedules and ensuring timely progress
- Coordinating meeting schedules, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
- Data collection, management, and basic analyses
- Interfacing with clients, parents, and community members from diverse backgrounds
- Maintaining documentation of research project expenses
- Other research support tasks such as conducting literature reviews, developing grant proposals, and contributing to knowledge dissemination

**Other**:

- Complies with the organization’s vision, policies and procedures
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management

**Qualifications**
- Masters degree in a health-related field and a minimum of one-year relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and research experience (Experience in a mental health setting is highly desirable)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and accommodate changing priorities
- Proficiency in research-related software
- including Excel, SPSS, REDCap
- Proficiency in common office software
- E.g., MS Office Suite, presentation tools, and project management tools

- To be a self-starter who takes initiative and can work with mínimal supervision
- To have curiosity and a knack for problem-solving, and

**In addition, the following are considered an asset**:

- Technologically proficient in data analysis software (SPSS, R, and/or Mplus)
- Grant writing experience
- Client-/participant-facing work in a mental health field

**Vaccination Requirements**:
