**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation and service meet quality standards.
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient food handling and preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain food safety standards.

**Skills**
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage kitchen staff and foster a collaborative environment.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, including cooking methods, presentation, and plating.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and guests.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on delivering high-quality dining experiences.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus for establishments that serve beverages alongside meals.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food service.
- A passion for the culinary arts, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.82-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
