**Associate Consultant**

LVL Construction is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Proactively support the LVL Construction team with a wide variety of tasks and projects related to the auto industry
- Work with LVL Construction to develop and execute project plans that meet or exceed goals
- Support the management team with daily office duties
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, progress, and results in a timely manner using our standard reporting format
- Work with external partners to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive value for LVL Construction and its customers
- Travel may be required. You will be expected to stay in office for a day or so at a time.

**Experience**:

- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Experience managing multiple teams, projects, and clients at a rapid pace
- Detail oriented with strong ability to follow through on assignments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; must be able to work well in a high-pressure environment
- Strong computer skills - ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

**Salary**: $63,969.61-$101,796.14 per year
