Your Responsibilities

• Engage in corporate tax restructuring associated with business acquisitions both domestically and internationally.
• Assist the Accounting and Finance team and management with various tax-related issues including transfer pricing, sales taxes, corporate income tax, and international tax agreements.
• Perform audits and evaluations concerning foreign tax filings.
• Support in estimating future tax obligations linked to acquisition prices and annual tax provisions.
• Prepare yearly income tax filings for Canadian and American business entities.
• Collaborate on tax-related decisions in Canada, the United States, and globally.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
• Experience in a public accounting firm or within the industry.
• Master's degree in Taxation or completion of CPA Tax Program is a plus.
• Strong adaptability, attention to detail, strategic insight, and business understanding.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and suppliers outside Quebec.
