**Starting Wage**:From $18.00 TO $20.00/hr

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages and relay them to appropriate personnel/facility
- Filing paperwork in respective locations
- Use photocopier, printer, fax machine
- Helping Walk-in-Customers (incl. payment transactions)
- Taking Customer/Sales Orders over the phone
- Assisting Sales with Customer Calls, Order Taking and Order Entry
- Preparing reports for sales
- Cross-checking accuracy and entering trucking invoices
- Entering and photocopying Inventory reports
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Till day end
- Office inventory
- Stocking office cooler, freezer, etc.
- Time Log - daily exceptions reports
- Cross Training every Office Position (Reception, Customer Service, AP, AR, etc)
- Covering Holidays for Office Positions

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 Completion
- Minimum 1-2 years experience

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
