**L’aperçu d’emploi**:
Travaillant sous une supervision mínimale, le titulaire de ce poste contribue au succès de Wawanesa par la conception, la documentation, l’essai et le soutien de solutions en matière de données pour répondre aux besoins des parties prenantes.

**Responsabilités du poste**
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs tiers sur les exigences nouvelles et existantes de la mise en œuvre des systèmes.
- Résoudre les problèmes liés aux données et examiner les répercussions avec les équipes des systèmes et des secteurs d’activités.
- Diriger des séances de définition des besoins avec les équipes des systèmes et des secteurs d’activités.
- Présenter les solutions en matière de systèmes en termes techniques et opérationnels.
- Collaborer avec de nombreux services pour assurer la qualité des logiciels.
- Assurer une direction technique et opérationnelle pour les développeurs et les analystes.
- Diriger la résolution des problèmes liés aux exigences des systèmes et de l’entreprise.
- Établir des protocoles d’essai et des estimations incluant l’évaluation et l’analyse de la documentation des exigences et la détermination des principaux domaines d’essai.
- Diriger les changements pour l’amélioration des processus et des procédures.
- Appliquer les pratiques, les processus et les lignes directrices en place.
- Maintenir un niveau élevé de connaissances sur les normes actuelles en matière de systèmes et sur les méthodes établies par les Services informatiques.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche attribuée.

**Qualifications**:

- Cinq années d’expérience dans l’analyse des systèmes ou des opérations.
- Diplôme ou certificat d’études postsecondaires ou expérience équivalente.
- Connaissance du produit Varicent ICM, un atout.
- Compétences avancées en matière d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes; capacité d’établir les priorités d’une charge de travail importante.
- Souci aigu du détail pour produire des livrables de haute qualité qui tiennent compte de tous les domaines concernés. Excellentes compétences en communication; capacité à s’exprimer de façon claire et concise dans un vocabulaire adapté aux destinataires et au message.
- Forte capacité à comprendre et à analyser des ensembles de données numériques.
- Connaissance approfondie de Microsoft Excel.
- Bonne compréhension de SQL et des mises en œuvre de bases de données.
- Excellentes aptitudes en planification et en organisation; capacité à formuler et à mettre en œuvre des plans en établissant les priorités et en menant plusieurs tâches en même temps.
- Bonnes compétences en matière de leadership pour fournir un soutien et des conseils aux membres de l’équipe.
- Capacité éprouvée à travailler en équipe.
- Connaissance démontrée des pratiques agiles, de la méthode Scrum, de la méthode Kanban et de l’approche de livraison continue.
- Expérience des langages de programmation, un atout.
- Expérience et connaissance du secteur de l’assurance, un atout.
