Garden Maintenance Labourer

Ottawa, Canada Thunderbolt Contracting Ltd. Full time

During the spring, summer and fall seasons we provide full grounds maintenance including lawn care services, flower and tree planting, aerating and de-thatching, leaf removal and various other types of maintenance including full lawn care programs for fertilizing and weed and insect control. Positions for winter employment following the summer season are also available.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain flower beds including pruning, edging, and weeding.
- Installation of soil, flowers, shrubs, mulch, etc.
- Transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, and hand lifting/carrying.

**Requirements**:

- Reliable transportation to and from work. Must report to our office each day.
- Ability to maintain professional company image.
- Willingness to follow health & safety regulations of our profession.
- Strong communication skills.
