**The Opportunity**

We are looking for experienced, creative, and dynamic individuals to teach in the **health administration program.**

**Required skills, experience & education-**
- Completion of Diploma or Degree in a related field of study
- A minimum 5 years of professional experience at the executive office administration level
- Previous teaching experience at a post-secondary level and/or adult training experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and to foster the same in their students
- Commitment to life-long learning
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse student populations
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Suite
- Computer literacy with a Learning Management System / Web Delivery Software (i.e. Blackboard) and a Student Information System would be considered an asset

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Dean, Business and Management, the incumbent prepares and delivers courses in the HR and Business programs. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

- Delivering courses such as: HR, Business
- Preparing and delivering appropriate curriculum to meet course outcomes
- Incorporating a variety of teaching / learning strategies to meet student needs
- Evaluating student progress / achievement
- Participating in program and college activities as required
- Participating in program revision and renewal activities as required
- Creating and maintaining a positive learning environment
