As a key member of the HR Team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced and dynamic company, supporting various HR functions and projects. You will ensure that HR processes including full cycle recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training are running smoothly. This role offers a completive salary and extended health benefits.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the whole employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding processes.
- Recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of employees.
- Maintaining and updating employee files.
- Demonstrate professional competence and maintaining strict confidentiality when handling sensitive documents and employee information.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with a high attention to detail.
- Other administrative tasks as required. Some travel may be required with this position.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent in a relevant discipline, preferred.
- CHRP designation or working towards, is an asset.
- Experience working in a unionized environment.
- Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
- At least two years of related experience in the field including talent acquisition.
- Experience with Bamboo HR Software, Indeed and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organization.
