'- Tu as 1 an ou plus d'expérience en leadership dans un environnement de restauration à grand volume.
- Tu as une passion évidente pour l'offre alimentaire, les produits et le design d'IKEA, ainsi que pour notre engagement en matière de développement durable.
- Tu as le sens des relations humaines, tu peux facilement engager la conversation et établir de bons rapports avec ton équipe.

- Tu as une attention étonnante pour les détails et tu peux jongler sans effort avec plusieurs priorités concurrentes tout en gardant le sourire.

**Tes responsabilités**

'- Aide le chef d'équipe et le Manager d'IKEA Food à encadrer l'équipe afin de garantir un environnement inspirant et motivant.
- Veille à ce que la qualité, la fraîcheur et l'excellence du service soient toujours au premier plan.
- Tu peux également travailler en équipe avec les autres membres de l'équipe et les clients.
- Participe activement à toutes les normes et politiques de sécurité d'IKEA, ainsi qu'aux programmes de lutte contre les déchets alimentaires, et veille à ce que les règles et directives d'IKEA soient respectées.
- Les clients sont au centre de l'attention et tu t'assures qu'ils vivent une excellente expérience d'achat en aidant tes collègues à voir les choses du point de vue des clients.
