In addition to providing our customers with transparent, high-quality service and repairs, our Service Advisors also create enduring, devoted relationships with both internal and external clients.

**Requirements**:

- Prior employment as a service advisor for automobiles would be considered as an advantage
- Superior customer service abilities
- Excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking
- Ability to successfully juggle several projects and deadlines at once.
- Ability to function successfully both individually and in a team with little supervision.
- Experience working in a car dealership is advantageous Experience
- Valid Driving License

**Responsibilities**:

- Be on time and courteous while greeting customers.
- Ensure that all clients get great customer service both in-person and over the phone, and that their expectations are fulfilled or surpassed.
- Sell our consumers on maintenance and repair services by recommending, describing, and doing so.
- Start and complete repair orders, making sure that all data is entered into the system clearly and accurately.
- Follow each vehicle's progress throughout the day, providing consumers with frequent updates.
- Inform the client of all finished work and costs.
- Observe the manufacturer's policies and guidelines.
- Cultivate enduring connections with our clients
- Additional tasks that management has assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
