Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les éléments suivants et d'autres tâches peuvent être assignées.

Diriger ou s'appuyer sur des équipes interfonctionnelles pour évaluer, développer et gérer des projets relatifs aux principaux processus opérationnels.
Il supervise et gère les aspects opérationnels des projets en cours et assure la liaison entre la gestion et la planification des projets, l'équipe de projet et la hiérarchie.
Examiner l'état d'avancement des projets et des budgets ; gérer les calendriers et préparer des rapports d'avancement.
Suivre le projet depuis son lancement jusqu'à sa livraison.
Évalue les problèmes liés au projet et élabore des solutions pour atteindre les objectifs de productivité, de qualité et de satisfaction du client.
Élaborer des mécanismes de suivi de l'avancement des projets, d'intervention et de résolution des problèmes avec les chefs de projet, les responsables hiérarchiques et les clients.

Baccalauréat requis
Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente, ou diplôme d'études supérieures avec un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente.

- **Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes.**:
