**Account Executive - Small Business Sales**

As an Account Executive - Small Business Sales, you will be responsible for meeting monthly and annual revenue goals by selling a suite of commerce solutions to our current and prospective merchant partners via telephone.

**Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of client current needs and future strategy
- Anticipate client and internal needs, challenges and proactive engagement of appropriate partners for solutioning
- Uses comprehensive product/program knowledge to provide strategies and suggested improvements on ways to optimize and differentiate client experience/solutions
- Gain solid understanding of products and acquire expert knowledge of platforms
- Understand internal credit processes and advance working relationship with credit partners
- Conducting pricing analysis and supporting the development of pricing strategy/recommendations
- Maintain constructive engagement with control functions, knowing your risk parameters, guidelines and responsibilities, proactive engagement with management on noteworthy risk events; escalation and resolution of potential control issues.
- Drive and/or support ad hoc projects for clients
- Recommend and promote client solutions while working within established risk parameters
- Interact directly with clients to address requests, coordinate and actively participate in client meetings
- Act as a team lead and first level of escalation as well as provide new hire training assistance and mentoring
- Responsible for all UAT testing across SMB sales
- Work with all high value/complex customers(integrated/ecommerce/VAR)
- Work key vertical with specialized language skills

**Qualifications**:

- Generally at least 5 years of Financial Services or B2B (business to business) sales experience or 1 year of payment processing experience.
- University degree preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese preferred
- Strong telesales ability, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Merchant Services Industry experience a plus
- Strong Time management, organizational and planning skills and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Focused and detail-oriented
- Strong quantitative skills as well as high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
- Superior partnership skills, and ability to work with teams across multiple functions
- Ability to help identify innovative solutions to best serve customers
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
- Good work ethics
