**Hot Line Chef**:
Our fine dining restaurant at the
**National Bank Open** is looking to add an experienced Chef to the team.

**Event Description**:
The National Bank Open is a prestigious professional tennis tournament that takes place from August 5th-13th.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a fine dining kitchen
- Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment and manage time accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Prepares food and makes sure Servers deliver each dish to customers in a timely manner.
- Responsible for their station's workflow and getting meals out on time.
- Oversee the cooking process from start to finish and determine how much time each step requires.
