Type of Employment: Contract

Role & Responsibilities:
\tPrepare and maintain a complex Construction Schedule for the project
\tProvide planning and scheduling reports including resource planning and progress measurements
\tLiaise with construction management team regarding planning and scheduling activities
\tProvide regular update reports detailing status, performance, critical paths, and analysis

\tMonitor and analyze resource utilization
\tPerform timely and complete update of project schedules to determine contractor performance compliance with approved baseline
\tPrepare and present project schedule analysis and conducts studies of problem areas to determine critically of schedule activities

Qualifications / Requirements:
\tA minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy construction with a least 5 years on site nuclear experience as a scheduler
\tProficient in using Primavera P6 scheduling software
\tFamiliar with resources loading and leveling as well as time impact analysis
\tExperience working within a construction team on site
\tBe able to work independently as well as in a team setting
\tPossess organizational and time-management skills
\tExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with clients and staff at all levels
\tStrong computer proficiency skills in MS Office and other software programs
\tHave excellent communication skills.
\tMust be self-motivated, hard working and results oriented
\tMust work well in a diverse team environment
\tDemonstrated skills in identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to planning and scheduling problems
\tAble to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
