We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented** Aviation Repair & Overhaul Coordinator** to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team. As a coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely completion of Aircraft Rotable Repair & Overhaul activities. Your expertise will contribute to the overall safety and operational excellence of our aviation operations.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with Manager, Inventory Planning & Control, Maintenance teams, Technicians, and Engineers to plan and execute Repair & Overhaul activities effectively.
- Monitor the progress of Repair & Overhaul projects and provide regular updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance Repair & Overhaul activities, including work performed, parts used, and costs incurred.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, aviation regulations, and company MCM / MPM policies during all maintenance, repair and overhaul operations.
- Act as a point of contact between various departments, such as operations, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Identify and address any issues that may impact the timely completion of maintenance tasks, and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Assist in evaluating maintenance processes and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in the aviation maintenance field.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal audits, external audits and inspections.
- Input return to stock items into inventory as per Receiving Inspection
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Valid class 5 driver's license
- Experience in aviation maintenance, repair coordination, or a similar role considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices considered an asset
- Proficiency in using computer software and maintenance management systems required
- Available to work outside of regular operational hours for AOG's occurrences.
- Must be able to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card
