Owner's Rep Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the owner's representative, effectively coordinating with the client design coordinator and other stakeholders to fulfill project requirements.
- Plan and oversee project activities, including financial, planning, and contracting elements.
- Maintain project information in the project tracking and file system.
- Interact with project management personnel from other contracted organizations and departments to represent our client's interests.
- Monitor construction budget and schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines by the general contractor (GC) / construction manager (CM) and trades.
- Regularly visit project sites to ensure effective execution and report progress to key stakeholders.
- Proactively problem solve scheduling and execution issues as they arise.
- Provide progress briefings and concerns regarding the project as required.
- Prepare formal Statements of Work, work breakdown structures, and evaluation materials as needed.
- Attend construction site meetings regularly.
- Prepare monthly Project Status Reports with fiscal cost and schedule forecasting, identifying key project risks.
- Lead project teams, managing change, communicating and coordinating between stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop, plan, analyze, evaluate, and prioritize project deliverables and requirements.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to the client on project approaches.
- Deliver written reports to the client as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of local Construction Management experience
- Track record of on-budget, on-schedule project delivery
- Technical Construction Knowledge and relevant educational background
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in software and technology utilization
- Exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $95,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
