Client: Saskatchewan Crown Corporations
Role: Desktop Analyst Resource.
Location: Regina, SK
Hourly Rate: Negotiable (depending on fit for job)
Work Hours: 8 hrs/day

**Requirement Specifications**:

- **Must** have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan driver’s license or equivalent
- **Must **be able to lift packages of up to 25 lbs
- **On-site work only,** do not accept remote work. Must be able to travel outside Regina, SK, including occasional overnight stays as required

**Your experience includes**:

- Experience with Computer: Imaging Deployment Troubleshooting Hardware Repair.
- Experience providing technical support of current Windows Operating Systems (versions: current, current-1)
- Experience supporting Office Suite of products.
- Group policy experience
- Enterprise Printer Fleet Management, Firmware Updates, Configuration, Troubleshooting.
- Experience working with VMs (VMWare ESXi)
- Experience with deploying Microsoft SCCM imaging & software installation.
- Experience with maintaining hardware and software inventories through standard asset management systems and procedures.
- Experience accurately and timely documenting troubleshooting steps, findings and solutions in Incidents, Service Requests (Work Tickets) and Knowledge Articles.

**Other Skills**
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configurationLenovo Desktops and Notebooks.
- Panasonic Ruggedized Notebooks
- Experience with Lenovo Desktops & Notebooks.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) Certified hardware.
- Customer Communication and Customer Service Skills/Experience.

North American job experience and Gas industry/Utility Knowledge are considered an asset for this job.
