**DUTIES**
- **Content Creation**: Research and create engaging, informative, and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. Edit and proofread all content to ensure clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- **Strategize Content**:Conduct industry research and implement social media SEO strategies to optimize content interaction. Continuously monitor content performance, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize our content strategy.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the team to gather information, ensure accuracy and create content. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate content into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content aligns with the values of the Scott Benson Team.
- **Stay Informed**: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field
- Proven experience in content creation and/or social media management
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media algorithms, analytics, and SEO techniques
- Excellent research skills to gather information from reliable sources
- Ability to create clear and engaging content that aligns with the values of the Scott Benson Team and our target audience
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
- Familiarity with the functions of a real estate team is an asset

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Live in the Hamilton / Burlington / Brant or surrounding region
- Be prepared to share your portfolio / examples of content you have created

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
