As a Junior Marketing Automation Specialist, you play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing operations. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll be one of two team members responsible for implementing automated marketing campaigns in HubSpot to optimize lead generation, retention, and growth strategies. Reporting directly to our Director of Marketing Operations and collaborating closely with key team members, you’ll help lead our day-to-day operational tasks, build and manage workflows in HubSpot, oversee our multiple software integrations, and conduct analysis of our marketing automations.

**What You'll Do**

Implement automated marketing campaigns:

- Design and develop automated workflows within HubSpot to streamline lead generation processes, nurture leads, and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as open, click-through, and conversion rates, to assess effectiveness and make data-driven optimizations.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team:

- Participate in strategy meetings with the marketing team to gain insights into campaign goals, target audience, and messaging.
- Work collaboratively to translate marketing objectives into actionable automation workflows within HubSpot.
- Provide input and recommendations based on automation best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.

Assist in building and managing workflows in HubSpot:

- Design and configure automated workflows in HubSpot's workflow builder, ensuring proper segmentation and targeting of leads and contacts.
- Implement lead scoring models to identify and prioritize high-quality leads for sales engagement.
- Develop lead nurturing campaigns that deliver relevant content and messaging to prospects at each stage of the buyer's journey.

Oversee multiple software integrations with HubSpot to ensure seamless data flow and functionality:

- Collaborate with IT and software vendors to integrate third-party tools and systems with HubSpot, such as CRM, analytics, and webinar platforms.
- Monitor integration processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and liaise with technical support teams to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Analyze marketing automations to identify areas for optimization and improvement:

- Regularly review performance metrics and KPIs for automated campaigns to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity.
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in automation workflows and recommend optimizing performance.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation to test variations of automated campaigns and identify the most effective strategies.

Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs):

- Document workflow processes, automation rules, and best practices to standardize procedures for campaign execution and management.
- Ensure documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders within the marketing team.

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation:

- Attend webinars, conferences, and training sessions to stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation.
- Research and evaluate new automation tools and features to assess their potential impact on campaign performance and efficiency.
- Share insights and recommendations with the marketing team to drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing automation strategies.
