We're searching for a high-performing Facebook Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This isn't a "set it and forget it" role; we want a strategist who lives and breathes Facebook's ever-evolving platform - always seeking innovative ways to crush KPIs and drive tangible business growth.

- **Proven Success**: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing high-performing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. Be ready to share specific, results-driven case studies
- **Technical & Analytical Edge**: A mastery of Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking through the Facebook Pixel and analytics tools.
- **Strategic Vision**: The ability to turn business goals into targeted campaigns aligned with the customer journey.
- **Creative Spark**: A flair for persuasive, benefits-oriented ad copywriting and an eye for compelling visuals.
- **Data-Driven Mindset**: You're comfortable with numbers, love analyzing campaign performance, and know how to make smart optimizations.
- **Communication Rockstar**: Excellent at explaining complex ideas, reporting campaign results, and working closely with both clients and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of marketers and designers.
